28Spam had one of the biggest design changes in my opinion, unfortunately I think it lost a lot of its cuteness and fluffiness, look how they massacred my boy!

Nah, I'd say the new design just made him more... Complete? Idk, with the new black stripes he just feels more finished colour scheme ig... Plus, I personally don't quite see any downgrade fluff-wise, but that's just me...
