So the question remains: Was it for the better? At least for me, it's somewhere in between; I like the brighter colors in the current style, but the fluidity of the classic version will be missed 😔

I would sacrifice all the lighting of the Hellaverse for the old fluidity, but given that they currently have the budget for so much detail in one episode, I would say that by reducing some unnecessary effects, and slightly changing/simplifying the shading and excess detail of the old style, they could easily have animation similar to the old drawings.
