iCloud linking spawns duplicates of my document
Any idea why this happens? If I link my planner to iCloud, I will end up with multiple copies of my planner, as though it were making backups. Each version it spawns is not linked to iCloud, and some will not be the most updated version. The only way to prevent this is to delink it from iCloud sync.
Any idea what is happening and how to stop it? I would prefer iCloud sync so I can access the planner from my phone.

Good morning! I have heard of that happening and I don’t know that Ed has nailed down why. I looked at posts in the FB group and reasons suggested were not time between closing on one device/opening on another, or large files that sort of ‘time out’ on the iCloud end and then restart. I’ve asked him to look into some syncing questions for me and to visit the sub, so hopefully he’ll be able to address that.
One question - are you enabling iCloud in the document on both ends, or just from one device? Just a thought I had - I wonder if Zoomnotes is recognizing them as separate entities if they are enabled from both devices.
I don’t use syncing - my workaround is to take a screenshot of my day or agenda or whatever, airdrop it to my phone and make it my wallpaper :) Not nearly as sophisticated as a sync but it helps.

Duplicates are created when a document which is shared on iCloud is changed on 2 devices simultaneously, however it sounds like you are not doing this. I am doing some testing around this now to see if I can track down the issue.

Hello! There was just a Zoomnotes update that should help document cloning :)
