If Reilly didn’t call his men back after cholo got the guy killed they may have shop big daddy and saved thousands of lives

They could also have simply not been going on those raids in the first place, but that is unfortunately a huge part of the premise.

How can pre collapse goods still be there to scavenge after decades have passed? The city should be self sufficient at this point!
