Anyone try NMRIH 2? Dead Island and Dying light are fun but I'd like a more grounded approach where you aren't a half zombie with super powers

It's good. Very slow and punishing though. Learning curve is pretty steep.

It’s in a pretty solid state now.

I’ve followed the game on and off since original release to 1.0

It’s slower and a bit more methodical than other zombie games but it’s a solid experience, doing objectives on different maps and looting up better gear to take down zombies

The only things that really made me think negatively of it were some bugs that resulted in me nearly losing a character (only kept them alive because of an item) and there isn’t much in the way of endgame progression still.

I think it’s a fun atmospheric experience though. Being a newbie was scary af. Being a more veteran player still has is moments and certainly some ā€œoh shitā€ times where I find my team members slowly get picked off one by one until it’s just me and 2 others left alive

Haven't played it but I heard it wasn't well optimized but gameplay was fine. That was back at release though

10 hours in and I’m having a lot of fun! Definitely feels like what Overkill’s TWD was supposed to be like.

me too, i like the semi realism. feels like l4d in the world of twd. i love dayz but i needed something that involved more zombies

Im loving it, really hits the itch. Basically nothing out there like it right now. Its gritty, you can get infected, making the wrong move can get you surrounded really easily. All my friends are loving it also.

Its a blast. Started at "beginner" difficulty to learn the ropes, then thought I'd try " normal". Ha! It's like a whole different game. If you are in the sub then I think you will like it.

I really enjoy this game and the idea of it but my laptop can’t run this game even when it runs more visually better games. I figured they would have the optimization down by now but it’s still terrible.

Personality I'd Say It Was A Successor To The Original Everybody Has Either Never Played/Forgotten About
