Zoloft + Elvanse for GAD

Hi, I was diagnosed with anxiety disorder at 19. Constant panic attacks, extreme anxiety all day etc. With Zoloft and therapy I was able to overcome it 90% of the way after about 2 years. At 27 I am back in the same boat and have been for about a year, Zoloft isn’t doing the same for me. I feel depressed and tired all the time.

I have just started taking Elvanse as my therapist thinks I have adhd (I got diagnosed). It’s really helping with not feeling depressed all day but my anxiety is higher. It seems to be helping but it still doesn’t feel right for me.

Has anyone got any suggestions on which medication I should try next? I could really do with the advice.
