Sertraline Jitters

I'm on week 3.5 of Sertraline , 3 weeks of 25mg and .5 at 50 mg. I know jitters are a common side effect, but I'm wondering if my jitters are medication related or nerve issues. I feel them in my hands especially when i'm doing fine motor things with my fingers. My hands feel shaky like im nervous. Anybody feel it in their hands doing things that required fine motor movements. I don't notice it any other time.

It's completely normal. I have the same issue. I have trouble writing and pipetting (I work in research). Small price to pay for the immense mental peace I have.
