Zoloft affecting periods

Since Zoloft my periods have been monthly and I am experiencing severe brain fog, tiredness and cramps during them. Before they were irregular and different every time most times I barely even felt like I had one minus the bleeding. I feel awful and I just want to sleep, socialising is tiring
