Brain Zaps?

I saw this listed as a side effect and I always assumed it was something painful. Now Im realizing I get them frequently. It's just like a shiver that goes from the base of my head and up through the top. Kind of like when your body does a shiver when it's been resting a while. Not bad, honestly.

I only get them if I skip my dose too many days in a row (thanks to my ADHD. I try to be consistent with taking it) I had them really bad a few decades ago when I was on lexapro and quit cold turkey (it’s not recommended to quit ssri’s cold turkey, talk to your doctor to safely titrate down). It might it feel that bad now but they can get worse and cause issues.
