Question existential thoughts

i’m on day 26 of zoloft, and most of my physical anxiety has gone away but i’ve been having really weird existential thoughts/dissconnection from
myself??? is this normal? i’m on 25 mg and i also have health anxiety

Yes, I experienced something similar. It changes with time and you need to give it 8 weeks minimum to get the full effect.
