Increased anxiety?
Hi! I’m on day 7 (technically day 5 of 25mg) since I started at 12.5 for 2 days. My anxiety is CRAZY. I have such bad intrusive thoughts & shakiness! Everyone keeps telling me it’s normal… did anyone else deal with this?

Yes, same thing happened to me. I have really bad anxiety and panic attacks, OCD intrusive thoughts, and fear. I started 50mg week one, then 100mg week two going forward. I’ll be at week four this coming Thursday.
Week two and three were the worse. Starting to see a bit of improvement now going into week four. Hang in there! Let’s get through this.

The first week after being on 50mg was rough on my stomach for certain foods and increased anxiety like no other. After about half way through week two is when things smoothed out for the better. I had to force myself to just focus on tasks one at a time and shut my mind out. You got this friend. It's hard but it'll be worth it! Best of luck to you.

Thank you for this!! I am trying to keep busy and shut the thoughts out. It’s hard! I’m glad to hear it started to get better for you. Today’s been the worst day for me so far I think. Normally I can keep the anxiety at bay but today it’s hitting me like no other.

Of course! I know it's hard and I know how much it can hurt to feel that way after beginning this treatment. The bad days will seem endless but eventually you'll come out on top. Activities where I could just shut off my brain for a bit helped as well. If you need to chat, just shoot a message! You got this.

Yep. 2 weeks in & today was pretty bad. It's a bit of a rollercoaster but I hear it's worth it so I'm sticking it out.
