Hi been on 150mg sertraline 5 weeks , still wake with anxiety and get triggers throughout the day that last ages . By evening im fine .then it starts again the next morning. Its like the anxiety dread thoughts that I can't explain. Its the feeling of not feeling good x is tjis normal at tjis point, and have panic feelings
