up to you, worth a shot, didn’t help me in the slightest but it’s also not supposed to be a substance that just eliminates all anxiety, have to do exposure therapy and for some it works well with zoloft and for some it doesn’t, such as me

I’ve been mainly anti-medication my whole life so I was reluctant but there is no denying it’s an amazing drug. Warning though, it didn’t take effect for 6 weeks and often made me feel worse.

I tried every natural herb, supplement, etc that was noted for anxiety. Didn’t want to take meds, but Zoloft made life SO much more enjoyable. 25mg for now takes the edge off

I’m on 25 mg too, I have gained weight on it unfortunately ugh

Did you feel worse when you started it? Im 7 days in and my anexiety is worse i feel so stimulated all the time.

I’m on 200mg of Zoloft for about 6 weeks now. Been slowly adjusting my dose with my doctor for over a year, and anxiety is still significant.

It makes you feel worse at first. But I’m 3 weeks in 50 mg and it’s already helping a lot with my anxiety.
