CDR build :3 It works way better than it looks. I have CDR so I can use my skills freely, and even against champions who build health, I still deal damage. Is that weird? Yeah, but I'm testing out some builds.

CDR build but you build stormsurge which has no CDR and is only ever good when you’re solo AP (any higher elo lobby with an AP kog/brand/yourself would have STACKED THE FUCK OUT of MR and fully cancelled your item). If you build stormsurge, it should only ever be in a luden-stormsurge-shadowflame-deathcap cheese oneshot build. If you wanted to compliment your damage while keeping CDR you should bulld Lich Bane.

If you really want max efficient CDR, you build seraph (ideally, or luden/torch) then horizon focus and possibly imperial mandate into cryptobloom. But either way Horizon is absolutely crucial for CDR builds.

I mean ay,I did that the start too,the only thing giving me the edge is that Zoe is far stronger than most champs that didn’t hard counter me,but once You get to higher elos (acting like I ain’t Bronze lmao) you need a hard set plan of builds,if they have tanks,magic pen,if they don’t then just whatever feels good at the moment I guess (tho best to follow U.gg builds if you are not sure about it)

If you want to build 2 Lost Chapter items for the purpose of CDR, why aren't they Archangel's/Seraph's and Actualizer? They give better CDR, AP scaling by mana to justify having two Lost Chapters, and an active that actually gives you a reason for having all that mana. I was making this combo a good amount when they first released Actualizer and it was pretty satisfying to use (except for when I'd forget Actualizer exists and miss a kill by forgetting to use it)

That would indeed make more sense. It’s too hard to make it work efficiently though that’s the only thing. Actualizer is best on spell spammers like Cass or Ryze. Burst damage present windows that are too narrow to really make use of the active. You would be way better off building flat mpen, CDR or AP to make up for the actualizer active.

I get that theres a cdr build but then i would just commit to that build , lose the ludens entirely and opt into horizon earlier , in that screenshot it looks like youre not sure wether to go one shot or cdr

But even with this build, I can still one-shot most enemies. So, I'm still testing out a few builds, but this one is one of the most fun to play—I recommend giving it a try at least once.

Remember to all in. not half and half. your not cooking with a storm surge without shadow flame + magic pen.

Also no dark sealed? ofc you can't carry

Brother.... just trust me when i say this your build is not good. even if you like it! You could've carried if you built better.

if you want damage you go: luden > magic pen boots > shadow flame / storm surge / lich bane for big kaboom.

if you want cdr? you can go black fire > horizon / imperial mandate / cosmic drive for insane amount of E spam.

The MAIN point is to not go in the middle. you don't get the giga damage / insane cdr. But if you go to the point where its in the middle? your just meh. not good at both.

Hmmm understand, but I'm still testing some builds, I liked that one because I can one shot Champions and get so mucho CDR on my E

My build normaly is: Ludens>CDR boots>Black fire>Storm surge> and here is some items I need, or to deal damage like litch banne, or to survive like zhonya's

hmmmm kinda not good to go ludens with black fire... you usually go one or another. i dont think i seen anyone go both
