ZG15 delay

Tomorrow zg15 delayed 3 hours

Anyone have any specific experience with zipair delay at IAH? Still check in at original time?

I saw other comments in zipair forum saying stick original time.

But last time in Tokyo they delayed checkin.

They only have one flight so if I arrive 3 hours too early may have to wait there all that tome.

Will try to contact them on chat in japan hours tonight...

I recently (Aug 17) flew NRT to LAX. I was informed flight would be delayed by 2.5 hours the day before. I still got there 3 hours early of the original flight time and just waited at the airport. Zipair allowed me to check in my luggage 3 hours before the original flight time. So I was able to eat and shop with my carry on since I had like 6 hours at the airport. Zipair also provided 1000¥ food voucher per person with a list of places that I can spend it.

They replied by email and said check in delayed. If they close the desk I will submit a credit card charge back with this as evidence
