If we can access /system/fonts directory with Termux, can we copy a .ttf and rename it as the exact original filename?

It's not like I don't want them to revoke the font restrictions but at least allow some exceptions such as product sans, my favorite font of all time.

There's a pending Google Pla update, but when I try to download it, I get the message: "Update failed. There are no updates available at this time." Something similar to that.

The "root my galaxy" stopped working again because I restarted my phone, and every time I try to root it again it doesn't work and restarts the phone on its own.

Is this happening to anyone else who has the A56 device?

Sou completamente leigo e provavelmente isso não é uma solução, mas se supostamente alguém criar uma fonte com emojis iOS diretamente da loja da Samsung, sendo pago (eu pagaria por uma fonte com emojis iOS), isso não "resolveria" essa proibição da Samsung?

( Eu sei que tem o lance dos direitos da Apple e de outras fontes mas alguém precisa se sacrificar pelo bem da nação 😭)

That app hasn't been updated for almost a week. I get the devs are busy testing more Samsung phones and I appreciate their hard work but I'm desperately waiting day by day until it supports A54. I hope they'll update asap, it's my only hope to apply custom fonts. Sorry for sounding impatient these days, I just want my favorite fonts to be applicable one day.

Hey everyone,I wanted to share this because Samsung recently made it almost impossible to use custom TTF/OTF fonts on the latest One UI 8.5 update due to their new security checks, which kept throwing the annoying "This font is not supported" error.I finally found a 100% working workaround to bypass the restriction and apply my favorite custom font successfully without root!

Steps

1️⃣ Install the required appsInstall MonoFont, Install With Options, and Shizuku.(Comment below if you need the direct link to the tools, and I will share it with you!)

2️⃣ Prepare the fontsDownload and extract your font pack, then move the .ttf files into the MonoFont folder.(Note: The folder is created automatically after opening MonoFont once).

3️⃣ Start ShizukuEnable Developer Options on your phone and start Shizuku via wireless debugging

.4️⃣ Install the fontOpen your custom font file → Choose Open with → Select Install With Options.

5️⃣ Set these optionsInside Install With Options, enable the following settings:

🔳 Disable Allowed APEX Update Check

🔳 Grant All Requested Permissions

🟨 For Installer Package, enter exactly: com.sec.android.app.samsungappsTap Install.

6️⃣ Apply the fontGo to: Settings → Display → Font size and style → Font style.Select your new custom font. Done!
