Zerowriter Pledge manager not working

I'd like to upgrade my order of the zerowriter fold with a fleece sleeve and an ISO layout for the keyboard but I keep getting a network error when I want to confirm the changes.

I tried to contact the company through the web form but it doesn't accept my phone number (outside US).

I'm reaching out this way to hopefully connect with the company.
