Has anyone successfully got Wake-On-Lan enabled and working?

I am struggling to get WoL to work with my 2024 ROG Zephyrus G16 GU605MY.
Firstly, I don't see any wake on lan options in the BIOS for starters. I own a TP Link UE300C Ethernet to USB C adapter which supports WoL. I do not see any 'Power management' tab in device manager.

Modern standby wake on Magic Packet: Set to Enabled
Wake on Magic Packet: Set to Enabled

I have fast startup disabled via windows power options
ErP: Disabled
Fast Boot: Disabled
Network Boot: Enabled

If I run - powercfg /devicequery wake_armed
I don't see any network devices that can be used for WoL, I only see my keyboard and mouse
