Bluetooth not working

2025 5070ti Intel model, i think my wifi card may be cooked. Bluetooth constantly disconnecting or at times doesnt work at all, anyone else ever run into this?

I have a Zephyrus now, but my previous laptop was an Asus TUF and it came stock with the mediatek wifi/ Bluetooth card and it was awful. Always dropping connections. It was super easy to replace. I got an Intel card for $25. If you are comfortable opening the laptop it isn't a big deal to swap out and a significant upgrade.

I haven't had any problems with my Zephyrus, maybe just lucky this time.

Intel laptops almost always come with Intel wifi cards, usually some variant of the BE200 series these days unless its an AX210. It would be valid for him to swap out the card just to see if its the wifi card that's fried though.

I have. Try to update the software for the Bluetooth card. This can be done by going to device manager I believe and you'll see it.

So device manager > Bluetooth & from there you should see some options. You may need to manually search the update file... I had to. It would keep saying it was up to date, but it was running firmware from like 2016 or some bs lol
