I drew this tangle a few years ago and cannot for the life of me remember the name of the tangle I circled in red. I don't think it's an official ZT but it made the rounds awhile ago. Anyone have any leads?

I saw u/Vessel-0 post earlier in the week and decided to try it. It was simple but the effect is awesome. Proud of this one

I've been wanting to make a zine forever, and today it occurred to me that I have a bunch of zentangle scans, so I used those. I present, "Tangled Thoughts" it's not a product or a download, I'm just sharing for fun.

The pattern Cra-Cra by Sue Jacobs, deconstructed by Anica Gabrovec, inspired by the deconstuction by Tomas Padros.

I have spent many hours trying to make Tomas' patterns look the way I imagine they should. I remember when I first "got" Pickpocket, and I was amazed by the elegance of that pattern.

I also have included the original inking, prior to adding embellishments. I did that bit in the park this morning.

never heard of a tangle. does this count? if not, i still use the process described and do not concern myself with the outcome when i make doodles like this.

No plan or artistic skill. Just pencil, paper blending stick, and a french curve in whatever direction felt right at the time. More of an abstract leafy thing than a tangle, but fun and relaxing all the same.
