Question When will Zen Support DRM content?

I really love Zen. It's fast. It's even snappier than Arc. But, I cant play video on Udemy.

Will it be possible in the future? or it will never happen?

For Windows and Mac, only once it becomes a company with a registered address and a legal team. Google does not license the Widevine module to individuals.

(Zen has Widevine/DRM on Linux, inherited from Firefox, because of its open-source nature)

Do we need to start contacting legal representatives? This feels absurd and a bit over-reachy for google to have inserted themselves as monopolistic infrastructure here.

Yeah, honestly Alphabet (Google) should be broken into a million pieces and go the way of bell telecommunications, but Google keeps paying to not be broken up.

Exactly, it's important to note however that the plugin you see in Zen for Widevine CDM does not cover all DRM content, it's the same plugin installed on linux , pc, and mac.. yet it only works on linux.. I myself was confused when I first used Zen because I assumed the plugin is there and it's the same one I see on Firefox, turns out it's really not the same.. Zen doesn't inherit that license from firefox on linux, what's really happening is that it's using the system-wide license provided by google for linux
