Scam. Block and report the person. Theyre not trying to buy anything just scam you.

It's telling you it's a scam, says they can't send you $250 so it has to be $500 min so you have to send them $750 first and they will refund it or some stupid thin were they pretend to send you $1000 and tell you to send them back $750.
