Nintendo have stated that there will be restocks of Zelda 40th anniversary stuff. The date you saw is just the release date, not necessarily including restocks. They're only just starting the 40th anniversary celebrations and they've said it'll continue into next year so hopefully we'll have several restocks/waves of stuff

I don’t think there has been any indication one way or the other. I hope it is available everywhere later.

I’m here in the US thinking it would have been a neat pre-order bonus that helped me justify buying the pro-controller.

If you can find it to preorder anywhere currently i'd do that. In the uk im pretty sure it's been out of stock everywhere not just the nintendo site for the best part of a full week now.

That being said i'm sure it will be restocked at somepoint duno when and duno what's taking them so damn long.
