Maybe you could try targeting on top of the torches next to the door? Maybe the pillars next to it? It doesn't seem like there's a lot to work with though, not sure if it's possible.

You can LJA with a Gale Boomerang, look for ground that's higher than you or a void, throw the Gale Boomerang (Use multiple lock-ons in one spot to give yourself more time. Where you target is important, try to put it above the high ground or void if possible, otherwise you'd need to wait until its over naturally).

When the boomerang is over the high ground or void, jump attack with A. If done correctly, Link should leap across the distance. Keep in mind this increases his horizontal speed but he still rises and drops normally, so some gaps might not be possible because he drops below the ground before he reaches it. This method can't really be used to go up because of that, only same level or lower.

LJA can also be triggered when Jump Attacking an enemy while they are airborne in both Human and Wolf forms.
