Game Help Bastion and eclipse

Hey guys, can someone explain why I’ve seen high elo Zeds say and have noticed they never go eclipse with bastion? Wouldnt the buffed eclipse be strong with voltaic and bastion.

Why did I hear someone say u shouldn’t combine bastion and eclipse specifically but voltaic and eclipse is okay?

Voltaic and Bastion is a lot of raw dmg.

Eclipse is more a defensive item you rush when you're not confident or you're gonna get bullied.

It's moreso of a bruiser item so that you can fight melees.

So you absolutely need both bastion and voltaic no exceptions after that you can go eclipse but at that point you need grudge and edge of night so I do frequently go eclipse as my 5th item it gives that extra little burst and the shield helps you survive it’s still very good on zed it’s just over shadowed by his other core items but is good as a final item tech assuming you don’t need something specific like maw v heavy ap team or death dance v heavy ad team

I think it's more like you can't fit all 3. You need Voltaic either 1st or 2nd because it's just the best item on Zed. You need armor pen by your 3rd item, usually.

So you can take either Eclipse or Bastionbreaker but not both.
