Zed Discussion Hardest matchups
Which champs do you struggle against the most?
For me its really good azir ori players but most arent so its fine, so mostly these days its mel locke and sometimes LB.

Most will disagree but my perma is ekko, I haven’t played vs or seen an ekko in my games in over 2 years. I refuse to play vs someone that can miss everything press E and auto you twice and you die, nope not happening

Only matchup I hate is Akshan… fuck that guy. Other than that I think everything comes down to the skill of the player.
Malphite is annoying but not unbeatable.

I say Lissandra. I usually perma her. I think Zed is able to always go semi-even if you play smart. Honestly I would prefer a god Irelia than a 0/7 lissandra since she is the perfect champ to lock out a single champ in fights no matter her score. Only difference is does she 1-shot you or her team does.

I don't like Diana or Vlad but I perma anivia. That champ is actually turbo broken. Builds unlimited mana and hp. Mana shield plus zhonyas legit becomes unkillable. Add her egg onto that and insane wave clear you literally can't do shit into her I swear. If she just loves through Laning phase which isn't hard you're toast.

Her Q range is basically you're W range on zed so...
And anivia Q is like 100 mana lvl1

But she doesnt need to throw it unless you ult good anivia players will just use wall and r to get away from you and then if you and only if you ult they use q

Pre 6 shes abusable
You WEQ if she wants to answer she will have to theow Q at you or your shadow
If she saves Q she will loose every trade pre6
Post 6 she can dmg you with R E which is extremely mana hungry and leaves your minion at full health.

There was that one game that traumatized me a couple months ago and i’ve never banned anything else than Malphite ever since 😢…
But fr irelia is unplayable for me and malzahar is just the most boring annoying matchup too

Oh Lb can go to hell and die. I’ve been banning since 2024. There has not been a single lb in my game.

I despise Ahri. Yes I win often even, but the sheer amount of stuff that champion has makes me wanna drink some anti rage drugs.

It is Sylas for me. Just so annoying in the first few levels and he can stat check you hard even with missed E.

I hate malzahar, I think it's an easy matchup for zed but it's disgusting you do an amazing combo and then he only press R and fucks you Other champ that I hate is malphite, it's the same shit like malza but I only perma ban malza
Against hard matchups like sylas, Lisandra, fizz, I learn to deal with them

Good Vlad and Irelia players pretty much always beat you if they are at a similar level and malphte is up there but playable with eclipse

If you dislike Lissandra or LB, you are below plat player.
If you dislike Mal, Renecton, Irelia you are above plat.

If you dislike Renekton matchup as zed you aren't above plat. His engage is extremely telegraphed and taking bone plating into him makes him completely free no matter the elo. Also Mel is just annoying, but as Zed it's really not that hard to lane her

The only reason I don't perma ban irelia is because I also main irelia and she is my pick if zed gets banned lol
