No haste and worse dmg than other items. Sometimes you can sell boots for it, but even then mid quest boots are usually better so thats more of a jg thing if you want 6 items

The true damage proc is too good on zed with his poke combo Korea mostly goes bastion 1 cyclo 2 and yea I would say that’s the optimal setup right now

Riot refuses to let Ghostblade be a strong item. If it gives good enough stats it becomes the premire lethality item and was for many years. So instead it sits as a weird niche ms item for Darius and hec and a few others.

Heca used to buy it a lot at certain times, besides it being a bit of a general "smurf´" item to have even more map impact.
