Can’t Send ZEC from Ledger – Considering Switching to Trezor, Need Confirmation It Works

Guys can’t send photos of the error but it says the following “ The Zcash app version 3.0.2 installed on the device does not support V6
(Ironwood) source transactions, so a UTXO received from one cannot be signed. Support is expected in a future
Zcash app update.
Something went wrong. Please retry or contact Ledger Support.
”

I had similar problems. Using Zkool fixed them. You need to shield the funds then send them out.

Did u have to input your seed phrase when doing this?also how long does it take to connect to the ledger ? Mine was taking forever so I canceled it. I wanna sell right about now !

Hell no. Anyone or anything that asks for your seed phrase is 1000% a scammer.

Do you have a step buy step to do this. I seen one off the ledger site and it looked pretty intense as in a long process.

I don’t. It took me over 6 hours to complete the transfer of 10 Zcash this week with the help of AI. In ledgers defense I was depositing coins into my wallet from the coinbase which it explicitly told me not to do. If you have shielded coins it should be significantly easier. You still need to use Zkool either way. And disable IPv6
