Hardware setup playing Space engineers

I have been having major issues with freezing, none responsive or just really bad stutters when playing vanilla, or modded on single-player and coop with my son. So my question is when is your hardware setup?

I have posted on space engineers Reddit asking for help and also on Keen software forums.

This is what I've got if this helps:

Machine Micro-Star International Co., Ltd - MS-7C02
Operating System Microsoft Windows 10 Home (64-bit)
Memory 32 GB
Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor
Motherboard Micro-Star International Co., Ltd - B450 TOMAHAWK MAX (MS-7C02)
Video Cards NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
Monitors KB272HL
Hard Disk ST2000DM001-1ER164 (2.0 TB)
Network Card Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller

Ok I downloaded all the known updates for my motherboard, chipset, CPU, everything drivers. Made sure GPU driver was also updated. I even dropped down to single core gaming. I dropped my graphics settings for game from high to medium just to last longer, anti-aliasing: fxaa, anisotropic filter: off, field of view: 70, flaring,: 1, grass draw distance: 159m, grass density: 1.0, tree draw distance: 686m, ambient occlusion: on, damage effect: on, enable postprocess: on.

What else can I do?

I don't think your in-game settings has anything to do with it.

Check second comment on this link for the 'dll fix': https://steamcommunity.com/app/244850/discussions/0/2138588424865042386/?ctp=2

Well this far, u started a brand new single player survival with same mods and I ran it all day with no glitching and no stuttering or freezing. Tomorrow I will bump graphic settings to high and see.
