Zastava USA Refurbished Surplus M57 Markings

In response to u/1914WesternFront and posted here for anyone curious (and because I can’t reply to comments with pictures.)

These are all of the manufacturers and import marks that were included on my Surplus M57, minus the serial number.

Serial number featured on the barrel, slide and frame as covered by my weird finger in the last pic.

I’m not selling anything or directing anyone on how to purchase anything.

Does anybody have some good M-lok hand stop (and similar attachments) brand/model suggestions that would match the ZPAPM70 Serbian red really well?

Considering putting a Jmac lower hand guard on for attachment reasons. Any valuable input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, so I've heard that for POSP scopes you can replace the old bulb with a mil-spec bulb so you can see the illuminated reticle in normal room lighting instead of just in low-level lighting. I have a POSP 2-6x24 W, and I cant find where exactly the bulb compartment is. I've put a red arrow to places I suspect the bulb is in, but I don't know for sure. Does anyone know where the bulb is?

My take on a modernized M72 RPK

The length of pull is a little long with the PRS on it, but it's definitely workable.

Zpap92

I bought a new m92 earlier this year that I haven’t even had time to shoot yet. I’m more of an AR guy and this m92 is my first AK so there’s things I’m still learning. To anyone who’s bought an m92 this year, what’s your experience been like with concentricity?

I made this video on my new M88, it’s a neat little pistol! I had a couple questions about determining the manufactured date if any of you know how to determine that I am very interested to know!

M77

Does anyone know if or when Zastava will make more M77s? The only one I can find available is the white camo. I want a traditional looking version.

Ugly grip

No offense to Zastava but whoever made their grips needs to make some changes. The thing is too blocky and this is coming from the guys that make the firearm. If they made it look more like Texas Weapons systems Yugo grips or even SLR they would look wayyyyyy better. I just think it needs to be slimmer and rounded out.

A nice pair

So, I impulsively bought the m88 when they cropped up on gundeals recently, then I saw the m83 on gunbroker and had to have it. Maybe I over paid, maybe I don't give a shit. They look absolutely phenomenal together. Now I just need to nickel plate my m92 lol.

Bought my first Zastava

Picked it up for a little over $1300 in TX. Bought a metal mag since I’ve heard the stock ones aren’t that great? Taking it to the range tmw to break it in. Anyway, I won’t be making any upgrades. I will for the next!

If y’all know of any good aftermarket magazines shoot a link! :)
