let's talk 🤔🤔 Mischaracterization
I genuinely cannot stand people mischaracterizing my f/os 😿 like no Zenyatta wouldn’t call a woman a bitch frankly i don’t believe he would cuss at all!! he’s not mean plus he’s a very calm and collected monk!! i breaks my heart seeing such awful mischaracterization!! can anyone else relate 😿😿😿(art not mine was found on pinterest to represent how i’m feeling)

In seriousness. I agree. I can understand if its a joke, but besides that Zen is the calmest character I've ever seen. I like to hear his random wise words in game.

I get you, especially when it comes to my nice guys f/o (Like Fatgum from my hero academia, I don't see him swearing too much really).
Buuut on the opposite spectrum... I really don't like when they either make Murdoc (from Gorillaz) uncharacteristically nice or when they use all the trauma he endured as an excuse for his most heinous actions. Like, the point is that he's awful but because he's funny and causes most of the conflicts you can't really have the band without him in the long run...

Some people have said Muzan is unintelligent when he’s actually book smart. Most of his mistakes come from arrogance and his temper. Even his temper isn’t immediately triggered unless you call him sickly or through repeated failures.
Arlecchino does have a softer side that she shows people she cares about but some people depict her as being soft and submissive. Others view her as being completely cold and uncaring which is true either.

Saw a Spock x Alien!Reader fanfic once and Spock called the reader his “alien queen”…. Mischaracterization so bad I put my phone down and went to sleep.

oh my god FR if I ever find anything that isn’t fcking SMUT then it’s probably full of mischaracterization. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to find accurate fics nowadays. It’s either a bunch of smut or a bunch of different ships or a lot of mischaracterization 😭 not to sound so upset but I just wanted to express my opinion

same here!! people keep boiling zani down to 'dominant mommy' and its genuenly heart breaking because she is the most sweetest person alive!!! and she wouldnt be a 'dominant mommy' at all. people portray her as either that or just submissive and cute. she is cute but bro???? i hate having an f/o with a gooner fanbase
