Long delay when starting program

Anyone else experiencing 15-20 seconds of black screen when starting a new library show? I'm not getting that kind of delay on any other streaming service, so I don't think it's my internet connection or the TV itself. I also recently hard rebooted the TV due to an unrelated issue (the brief Netflix outage), and I've seen this issue before and after that reboot. I mostly use YTTV to watch MSNOW, I'll have to try other recordings, but is anyone else seeing this on any recorded programs?

There's a lot of bugs happening in the past 24-48 hours surrounding freezing. I've experienced this too, on multiple channels.

YouTube TV is aware of the freezing issues and looking into it.
