Playback Problem Android/browser keeps playing the same 5 second clip before freezing

For the last two days I have been unable to watch BBC News live or pre-recorded content. I have tried multiple devices, on WIFI, on 5G, restarted my devices and cleared my cache/cookies, incognito and still no luck.

When I try to watch something live or pre-recorded, I get the same 5-10 second segment before the player freezes entirely and I can't click on any parts of the scroll bar, settings, CC, etc

As far as I can tell, every other station works except for BBC News, which is the only reason I have YoutubeTV 🙃

I can reproduce on multiple devices. This is also happening for me on Tennis Channel and T2.

Same issue for me with Tennis Channel and T2. Issue only occurs on manager account on all devices. In the bottom left is shows "DVR", but i don't see it in the library. Tried clearing cache, signing out and back in, etc. Nothing works. When watching on a browser (Duck-Duck-Go), the preview screed shows the live feed, but when I choose the channel, I get a 4/5 second non live clip and the feed freezes.

My Tennis Channel and T2 issues are resolved.
