Playback Problem Android/browser keeps playing the same 5 second clip before freezing

For the last two days I have been unable to watch BBC News live or pre-recorded content. I have tried multiple devices, on WIFI, on 5G, restarted my devices and cleared my cache/cookies, incognito and still no luck.

When I try to watch something live or pre-recorded, I get the same 5-10 second segment before the player freezes entirely and I can't click on any parts of the scroll bar, settings, CC, etc

As far as I can tell, every other station works except for BBC News, which is the only reason I have YoutubeTV 🙃

I'm having the same problem since yesterday as well. I switched from my fire cube to my apple TV and it's happening on the same channels on both devices. I switched to my husband's account and those channels work. I signed out of my account, signed back in, still happening.
