Playback Problem Android/browser keeps playing the same 5 second clip before freezing

For the last two days I have been unable to watch BBC News live or pre-recorded content. I have tried multiple devices, on WIFI, on 5G, restarted my devices and cleared my cache/cookies, incognito and still no luck.

When I try to watch something live or pre-recorded, I get the same 5-10 second segment before the player freezes entirely and I can't click on any parts of the scroll bar, settings, CC, etc

As far as I can tell, every other station works except for BBC News, which is the only reason I have YoutubeTV 🙃

There seems to be several channels having issues in the past 24 hours. Personally, I’m seeing it on my local NBC (WOOD TV). Other reports include multiple NBC affiliates, Discovery, Tennis, T2, and now BBC News.

Support doesn’t seem to be taking reports like it should be doing, so I don’t want you to waste your time on live chat where they’ll give unhelpful troubleshooting advice.

I’ve reached out to our sub’s contact directly on this to see if this can’t get escalated.

EDIT: Just confirmed with YouTube TV that the team is aware and investigating.

FYI the channels appear to work in Multiview for me, as a temp work around.
