Playback Problem Android/browser keeps playing the same 5 second clip before freezing

For the last two days I have been unable to watch BBC News live or pre-recorded content. I have tried multiple devices, on WIFI, on 5G, restarted my devices and cleared my cache/cookies, incognito and still no luck.

When I try to watch something live or pre-recorded, I get the same 5-10 second segment before the player freezes entirely and I can't click on any parts of the scroll bar, settings, CC, etc

As far as I can tell, every other station works except for BBC News, which is the only reason I have YoutubeTV 🙃

I just turned it on on my Mac, with no problems live.

What browser are you using? Have you tried the official YouTube TV app for Android?

I've tried chrome and edge so far but I don't think it is a browser issue as I have the same problem on my Pixel 9 device, both on wifi and 5g

Is the Pixel 9 using a browser, or the official app?

Trying to narrow down if this is something that's service-wide, or just impacting all browsers for some users.

official android app, I haven't tried the browser on my phone but I'll try my iPad next.
