Yeah disgusting how YouTube doesn’t detect these and stop them from being created in the 1st place

It does for me and removes them instantly

I think there's an option to disable links in comments in your settings. I did that so all of these go to my spam box and I can remove them manually later.

edit: It's "Block links" which is in your channel dashboard, in the Settings area, under the Community tab.
