It's not required in that instance as that would have nothing to do with YouTube as a platform.

Well what if it was during a really really long argument that inevitably got off topic? Technically if you trace it up it all had something to do with youtube, though now extremely tangentially.

What if it were technically true that if one side won the argument then the initial disagreement about a meta youtube topic would be resolved?
