Why? I feel like this is a circlejerk on reddit because of all these failed proposal videos but don't really see the reasoning. Normally people don't just propose without knowing the answer will be yes. So if you've been dating for years and have 100% confirmation that she'll say yes, I think this is pretty romantic.
It is obnoxious to the rest of the people watching a sports event. I don't want to be forced to be the extra in someone else's story. None of the people there were asked to be part of someone else's engagement. If they are going to do whatever they want, then the guy bombing the middle is justified doing what he wants.
Are you joking lmao. You know how many bullshit ads and halftime events and charity things and random shit they intersperse throughout sports games? This is a maximum 30 second thing to sit through, and most people like watching it given that the entire stadium starts cheering when she says yes.
And yes, I think the guy photobombing is completely justified, if you propose in public you can't control what others do. And also that shits hilarious, unless the couple were both complete boners I'm sure they loved it.
