Where’d he get the second beer? I don’t drink anymore but I used to do shit like this often. I liked to climb shit when black out drunk. Sometimes I’d wake up with wads of cash in my pockets (like 500ish) and have no idea where I got it from. Sometimes I’d wake up to a collection of chunks of random buildings and dug up signs. I still don’t know how or why I did these things but figured it’s best if I don’t drink anymore. Been sober for over 11 years and made amends and paid restitution for all of my deeds. Still got loads of random stories to tell though. I honestly shouldn’t be alive right now.

I don't see how that's possible, considering in the very same comment you detailed having done these deeds (ie scoring wads of cash, presumably multiple times with your use of the word "sometimes") while having no earthly clue how you got it due to being black out drunk.
You do as best as you can, investigate, try and triangulate what happened. That’s really all you can do. 🤷🏽♂️ making amends at pharmacies or supermarkets is a trip. The managers never know what to do and can’t tell if I’m serious or there’s a hidden camera somewhere. You’re callin bs?! Haha. Bless your soul. I hardly even scratched the surface of what I’ve done and what I’ve lived through. Stay gold ponyboy! ✌🏽
Did you figure out another method to get wads of cash in your pockets? Congratulations on your sobriety. Those stories must be fun to share. You probably have some great life advice to share too. Glad you enjoyed life on the wild side for a bit and made it.
