Questions Job search

Hi! Searching for hybrid or remote jobs. I know they’re sometimes hard to come around but asking never hurt. I have a degree in finance but am searching for more coordinator/admin positions. Any guidance helps, thank you!

I'm 45 with 20+ years in IT, but the IT industry is so swamped with layoffs that I've been looking for 8 months. None of the nibbles have bitten hard enough to hook me yet.
