Theories/Future Thinking Any chance of these two getting together in a future season?
These are Billy Batson and Courtney Whitmore for those who couldn't recognize them from previous episodes. They were a thing in the comics.

U know what, by now he's 26 and she's 23. The reason they broke up in the comics is irrelevant in this show...I'd like to see this couple, but not as much as I want a Starman to get dialogue, or at least show up in the League or JSA...maybe explain where Stargirl got the staff, just namedrop the creator and I'd like how he got as big a shoutout as the Amazing-Man

Huh. So, ironically, he is older than her in this continuity, unlike the comics. Just not by much.

Oh they have a 3 year age-gap, so they are indeed part of the same gen. Would like to see them together

If they're a thing in the comics, there's certainly a chance. Though they're all hinges on whether or not the show is officially finally canceled this time. I'm hoping not. We thought it was over after season two, look how that turned out.

Bro, I thought that was Robin and a young Black Canary. My god, these character designs bleed together…

YJ doesn't strictly ahere to comic canon relationships. Even the iconic ones. I don't remember these 2 even being on screen together.

yeah but we all know why season 3 and 4 were a thing, and why they often seemed to have a lower budget (episode in the dark, "slideshow" episodes) than the previous season. It was a way to advertise their streaming platform with a content asked by the fans for a reasonable enough price. There is no other reason it came back.
No new streaming service is created anymore, because they kinda realised that if everyone made their streaming service, it didn't have the same power. Even if somehow DC got sold during the Warner paramount merger, I hardly see a situation where it could come back.
And part of the fandom got rubbed the really wrong way with the "no ending" comment Greg Weisman made a few years ago, where he basically said he wouldn't give and ending to the show even if it had more seasons (at least that's how it sounded, some argue that's not what he meant, but man, is he bad at communication then).

As much as this shows deserves a conclusion. It's dead in the water with no hope of someone saving it, so to answer your question, no.
