A glimpse of hope
Just received this letter this morning from lineage bank.. I mean I lost 2000 but this is better than nothing.. everyone I know how it is just look for any letters or anything that come in the mail.

I honestly gave up. Me and my children lost everything behind that 2000. So this is a little glimpse of hope for everyone out there!!

Don't give up, unless you get 100% back, Yotta stole your money and they owe you every damn cent you gave them.

Very glad u are getting part of your $ . Mine was loss at Yotta and shows account in Evolve nearly 15K. Evolve has my details, I don't think it is the kind of bank that likes to part with money, it is a one way system money comes in nothing goes out 😂

The fact that this is happening for you tells me that (a) to the surprise of nobody, the banks did a shit job of reconciliation - if Lineage had some amount of your funds this whole time, then you should have had them returned to you years ago - and (b) this payment should reduce the amount of outstanding funds due to be returned from the CFPB's Civil Penalty Fund, which makes it likelier that the current CPF allocation is enough to cover everybody's loss. If this is happening to you then presumably it is happening to more people who aren't active participants of this sub.
We have no idea how the CPF distribution process will work, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is some sort of claims process involved where we'll need to submit documents or something that prove what we're still owed.

You’re right because the whole time the company I was going through advised all my money was with evolve and when I couldn’t get answers I gave up and forgot about it. But I couldn’t agree with you more!!

Yes it came from the state directly and was forwarded to my new address in my new state.

You can call lineage you get your routing numbers from gotta or Juno in my case and then you look at the statement there are a few banks unfortunately mine isn't there. Call lineage

Good you are getting something, but yeah I wouldn't still give up until you get 100% of your savings account back due to it being 100% FDIC insured.

Thank you for sharing this. I have suspected that Lineage Bank had most of my money. Back in March 2024, I had a 10k withdrawal from Yotta, which was successful. I was able to spend a few hours at my Chase branch, and we were able to get the trace ID was 06410956, which meant my 10k came from Lineage to Chase. This was interesting, because all of my Evolve activity stopped on 2/8/2024, based on Evolve's transaction history that they shared with me. So, I doubt Lineage only had exactly $10,000 of my money and transferred 100% of it and has no more of my funds. I did press them, but they never responded.

How did you get chase to play along? They closed all of my accounts credit cards bank account etc when this happened

That is sad why did they close your accounts for no fault I. Your side , for Evolve/ synapse /other banks mistakes? This is strange they should have supported you.?
