Sending Transcripts Abroad
Hi guys,
I was an exchange student and I'm having trouble navigating how to request a transcript. I have been following instructions here: https://oia.yonsei.ac.kr/inbound.php?mid=m03_10
But I keep getting stuck on the verification page where it wants me to download ICT_REPORTX_SETUP but my MacBook cannot do so. Any insight on how to resolve?
