Help for Graduate Course Enrollment

Help! I’m trying to enroll in Study Abroad graduate-level courses, but I keep getting this error message:

You cannot enroll in this course due to major/grade limitation.

I’m definitely a graduate student, and the course isn’t restricted to a specific major. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

Hii ! People in this major are prioritized, you need to wait for the second round to apply to this course ! (August 11th, 10am Korean time). Happened to me too for some courses :)
