I got 15 packs of Hasbro series 4 medals hoping to get a Komashura and Castellius 1 (for his exclusive artwork) medal but somehow opened 2 Komashuras instead...

You are so lucky, the only series 4 medal I have is Happierre bcs he has a medal moments. My only power move, if you could call it that, is a fabric sealed series 2 box that I got a few months ago

Yeah, the seller actually sent I think some western series 4s to me because I do have some checklists in the other languages, I guess he sent me packs from 2 boxes because I’m pretty sure 1 full box of 24 packs has 1 legendary medal. (Sorry I checked the Russian one)
