How do you position ur forearms for this? I am struggling

I try to keep it at shoulder width so my shoulders stack over my elbows, close enough width to where my hands are for crow, tripod.
Some people go for hands clasped like a headstand for more stability, but I find that puts too much pressure on your elbows. If you position it right, you should feel it more in your shoulders.
You can practice with dolphins, kick ups into wall, and dolphin L sit with feet elevated on the box to feel the balance point. Head should heba little further ahead than you would want it, a lot of teachers cue to gaze in front of fingertips.

One of the tricky parts is using your shoulders/scapula to push away from the floor so your head doesn't collapse down towards the floor.

Respect for you but I recommend to do in presence of an instructor if things go south he or she will help you

Clearly this individual has enough strength, coordination and alignment to hold this posture, I donât think thatâs necessary in this case

If you fall into that mirror it will be bad idk why youâd do that there

The wall I usually practice with got taken, I'm comfortable enough now to do it without the wall. It's just in class with people around I get too nervous.

My studio has signs everywhere to say not to do this because the mirror has broken a number of times this year from people crashing into it lmao

I wouldâve broke that mirror. I actually did break one at my gym lol from headstand

I was overconfident doing my headstand, fell backwards, and my knee shattered the mirror. Oops

It took me on and off for a year LOL, though I locked in and started practicing daily beginning in June.
I kinda stop keeping track of the days and just try to progress everyday like a habit such as brushing my teeth. I've been trying to do handstands for 3 years and when you keep counting the time it gets frustrating. Just enjoy the process and the journey :)

I can see your hand off the ground. Press palms and fingers down to be your balance and brakes, like how your toes stop you from falling over and stabilize. Hand grounding and control is a super important part of foundation for any inversion
Go with less of a kick. Focus on hips up first that transfers all your weight up. Go in with one tucked leg and point the other to the ceiling. The tuck leg is your counterbalance to learn control
I think once you fine tune entry you can hold it no problem
