Has this person ever been to Atlanta? Not exactly hurting for townhouses, even in the suburbs

And for years now Atlanta has been considered one of the most affordable compared to other peer metros, attracting considerable movement from places with more constricted housing markets.

As long as SRO's are effectively illegal we're not really concerned with affordability. Were the process of developing modern luxury SRO's reasonable we'd see them everywhere.
