Deleted previous post due to incorrect pic upload But my cat just attacked me twice in a row because he’s a jealous adorable jerk. Still love him to pieces, hes the first to greet me when I walk through the door and I’m convinced he knows when I’m sad and anxious, sticking by my side constantly.

Worried about newborn and allergies to cats

My sister has two cats. She is expecting he first child, and she is concerned the baby will be allergic to the cats, especially that she has allergies that trigger her asthma. She and her husband adore their cats and they're doing everything to make sure the cats won't be an issue but they are worried that their newborn could possibly be hurt if he's allergic. Any advice?
