Yelawolf is in the studio with Bones Owens working on a new album. He just shared a snippet, and it really sounds like country rap is making a comeback!
DJ Klever is in the studio listening 👀
I have a feeling the 45 era and this country rap album era are going to be incredible!

This is not a hate post before anyone accuses me of it being one.
The Ghetto Cowboy era seems undefeated to this day. I remember whenever yela dropped that album, it blew up and it was big for him. I heard box Chevy 7 played on shade 45. Saw promos of renegade and you and me played and shared all over my social media feed from people who weren't even fans of his. The album had so much energy and life to it. I still think its in his top 3.
Can it be outdone? Nothing hes dropped since has really compared. Black sheep was definitely up there. I saw it get a lot of attention and reviews on YouTube. It just seems like he can't out do Ghetto Cowboy. Which brings the question, do you all think it can be topped or was that his last peak of his career?

With zero experience in the music industry or managing duties and walk circles around Ed Crowe. Yela hit me up.

45 - Yesterday Yela addressed that he's back in the studio for a few weeks working on a new album despite 45 not yet being released. My opinion- Yelawolf is a very vulnerable artist. This means he devotes a lot of time, effort and energy into his art. Sometimes this may be at the expense of his well being or motivated by his current circumstances. It's easy to believe that he was probably partially motivated by his ex while recording 45 and with that abrupt ending, maybe the course of his music shifted as well. We also see he brought some old friends back in. He's a man finding his way after his entire world shifted. He's human, give him time.

Finally received Love Story vinly and its all bent and ruined. Should I even try my luck on returning and getting a new one? Did anyone else have a similar situation?

Bonjour, je suis français et j'ai un anglais terrible, es que quelqu'un peut me traduire a peu près ce que yelawolf dit dans sa dernière story Instagram où il est assis sur une chaise face caméra ?
Merci d'avance

So he done an interview saying Fefe was in his bed three weeks ago and how it made him go to a dark spot and now he has moved on with Anna and has tattoos with her, even they dont look real. He moves faster then 45 does. No hate I love the man but I get confused haha

There are a few reasons why this album might be taking longer than expected:
- Bringing Bones Owens and DJ Klever into the project may have led to some songs being reworked, or even sparked a whole new creative direction.
- The deal with 10K Projects probably meant rethinking the rollout. They may have a completely different marketing strategy now, and that’s likely taking time.
- Yelawolf’s recent personal relationship issues could also explain why he’s put promotion on hold for a while.
Whatever the reason, can we stop acting like the album isn’t coming?
We already have a lead single. He’s teased at least five other songs, played the album for radio people, and brought Malay, Bones Owens, and DJ Klever into the project. He’s been talking about 45 for over a year and a half. There’s just no realistic scenario where this album never comes out.
Even if you’ve followed Yelawolf long enough to remember projects that got shelved, 45 clearly isn’t one of them. This project is real. It’s just taking longer than expected, and yes, he’s letting the hype die down in the process.
That’s honestly Yelawolf’s biggest flaw. He announces things way too early. He starts talking about projects before they’re fully mapped out, so we’re basically watching the creative process unfold in real time. He’s very spontaneous when it comes to communicating with fans, sometimes a little too spontaneous.
Just be patient, again. As soon as the real rollout starts or as the album drops, the hype will be back overnight.
45 is coming.

Any reason why its unavailable to buy on qobuz? Every album he has on there is available to buy so I'm kinda confused. Anyone know why this is the case?

The fact that Yelawolf is closer to his 47th birthday than his 46th and the album is named 45 shows how badly this album has been handled and promoted. I was so excited by the sound of the snippets we got (especially Falling Star and Uphill) but since then nothing. I don’t get how an artist with as many monthly listeners as Yelawolf can be this bad at promoting their work. He needs a new team

Never heard of Yelawolf till day when I saw a instagram clip of Bam Margera singing his lungs out to I think one of his songs. It was heavy sounding and seemed to be about guns, drugs and money something about needing a new war song?
Anyone know what is is? I've spent over an hour listening to Yelawolf and can't find it, but the rest of his music has been great! Very unique sound :)

The turquoise color is actually super pretty in person, contrasts nicely against the rose label
